We have a 2 Springer Spaniels named Bear and Maizie, 11 and 9 months. I have cared for dogs since I was 13 and got my first very own puppy. I was able help my puppy when she became paralyzed in her back and when I was 16. I spent a lot of time massaging her, helping her go to the bathroom, bathing and also giving her walks with a sling around her back end. A few months of that and she started to move her legs again and eventually walked. After I got married we adopted two beagles. We now have 2 Springers that are very playful. We go for walks almost everyday and play a lot! I’ve taught all of our dogs fun tricks. I enjoy that teaching time and the bonding that happens when they learn something new, they get so excited! I've watched friend’s dogs a number of times through the years when they go out of town. As long as they are good with my dogs it will work well. We can also set up a larger kennel here if the dog feels more comfortable being able to sit apart or if I had to run out and run some errands. Our deck is gated-in and we have a fenced-in potty area that goes down off of the deck. The fenced in area is very small and it's only for potty time. We have a large yard that is not fenced. I'm looking at starting my own little business that I can stay here at home and make some money with walking dogs and stopping at homes to give some love and attention to dogs while their owners are away. I may be available for some overnight dog boarding depending on our schedule.
