All my life I've been surrounded by all sorts of animals. I grew up on 130 acre farm in WV, where my hippy activist mom would come home with a new rescued pet every day. I loved coming home to a new animal after school each day and getting to know each animal individually . I almost felt like I had a better connection with animals more than people sometimes haha. On our farm we had basically any animal known to mankind, from pigs, llamas, turkeys, and even an emu at one point. Needless to say, we had our hands full. I was working on a cruise ship for almost 2 years, where no pets were allowed and it totally killed me. Now living with my husband & our two furbabies, I want to be able to spend as much time with any animal possible. Our two dogs are spoiled to death..to the point where Winston ( our bulldog) won't sleep unless he's cuddled in his bed by one of us Hahah. Luna my Yorkie mix, is attached at my hip at all times. Needless to say we don’t know what we would do without them. I also have a 6 month old daughter who the dogs love to pieces. I would love for her to grow up the same way I did surrounded by animals ☺️
