Dogs are such wonderful animals, they always manage to enlighten me with happiness. I have had a dog for the past 10 years and now that I'm in college I miss her terribly. I can't wait to be able to take care of and play with dogs again! That’s partly what inspired me to become a pet sitter. Not only do I get to spend time having fun with pups, I get to provide them with the love and care they need while their owners are away. Communication is one of the most important aspects of any stay. I would make sure to keep in contact with my human clients and update them with pictures of their dog. This way they know their dog is being well taken care of, and I think everyone enjoys getting a pic of their best friend having fun! As for my canine clients, I would make sure to stay patient with them and always give them lots of love. I try to design every stay around what makes your pup as happy as possible, so I love to get as much information as possible. It’s also why I like to schedule meet and greets before a stay. I like to make sure I learn as much as I can about the dog during a meet and greet so I know what to expect when I am watching the dog and how to handle the dog. I don't have any preferences I like all dogs, at least all the ones I have met so far. I really enjoy exploring the city and going on adventures! And there’s nothing better than having a canine co-pilot alongside you for that. I love Central Park, Union Square, Madison Park, and Washington Sq. Those are the only ones I have been to so far but I would love to learn about new beautiful spots where I can take dogs on a walk.
