I have been around animals since the day I was born. I’ve always had a pet since I was a kid and grew to love them. Today, I attend college with the hopes of one day being a vet. I currently have a wonderful cat named Nala and two wonderful Boston Terrier puppies named Felicia and Indie. In addition, I have also owned a guniea pig, rabbit, and birds in the past. Due to always being around animals, I have learned to care for them and understand them. I have worked for a family friend checking in on her cat while the family vacationed. My responsibilties included ensuring food and water was always full, cleaning the litter box, and spending time with the cat; playing. I did this every day, about two or three times for about a week. In addition, although I have not had a professional job working with dogs, I have been exposed to them through family and friends over the years and I now care for my two wonderful Boston Terrier puppies, aged 7 months and 5 months, both of whom are potty trained and know several tricks such as paw, sit, lay down, speak and roll over. I feel confident in caring for my clients pets and take my responsibilities seriously. Additionally, I have also spent time volunteering at an Animal Humane Society. I prepared the dogs and cats food/treats, laundry, ensuring kennels are kept clean as well as spending time with the animals. I am a hard, dedicated worker who takes the trust, care, and safety of clients and their pets seriously. I look forward to working with many wonderful pets and owners alike.
