I currently have 5 mastiffs who all don’t know they’re not puppies anymore, they are a full time job with their different personalities. Loyal dogs but also temperamental, especially with their siblings. You learn how to deescalate situations quickly

At the end of the day I’m a stranger being trusted to take care of your dog and will respect it as that. It takes a lot to trust someone especially with a pet who you hold dear, so whenever I meet your fur child (lol) I’ll treat them as I treat mine

Personalities is my biggest concern, being it is the biggest indicator for how they would want their visit to look like and to know their temperament. Dogs with short tempers I’m okay with watching, being that most of the time they’re not “vicious” but scared. Then I can plan accordingly
A typical day
I’d do what I like to do with my dogs and if it isn’t just giving them attention then just let them play fetch or play water. I’ve seen some ideas on Pinterest too I’d like to try with the owners approval of course
