I started my family with Bella, then a couple years later, Frankie. Once I was able to get a house of my own, I started fostering dogs. After a few fosters, Chewie came in as a foster and I couldn’t let him go. I lost Bella, 9 years old to chronic kidney failure in April 2022. Chewie, 15 years passed away in July from lymphoma. I took a break from fostering when Bella got sick, but I still volunteer. I have experience with all types of dogs including puppies, seniors, dogs with anxiety, high energy, dogs with special needs such as blindness and deafness. I have a large group of friends and adopters who have relied on me for advice and to babysit their babies. I am certified in fear free shelter program and understand animal behavior, medical issues and CPR. Frankie and I enjoy going on walks, trips for ice cream and French fries, cuddling, and sitting out in the yard watching the birds, and chasing squirrels I have a fenced in yard, more dog beds than places for humans to sit. I have an excess amount of dog toys and treats. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I have car seats, crates and pens, if needed.
