Pet care experience
When it comes to unique pets , I’m known for taking care of horses, birds , lizards and more. I have taken care of a senior dog who needed pills 3 times a day on the dot , with special cooked food. I have been used for large animal most the time as I have experience working with them. As horses ussualy don’t do well sitting around . I have llama alpaca experience, owning and showing. Along with goats chickens and sheep. I love them all! And I know how different they all are.

Kayla is great with animals and loves dogs. She has been in 4-H for 10 years and has worked with livestock, horse and dog as her projects so she is very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of animals. She is caring and companionate with dogs and is very responsible.

I prefer to stay at the persons house , for my animals my dogs have free access to food and eat when they want, we have a large yard so I don’t walk my personal dogs often. When it comes to cats and dogs , I’m used to picking up the yard and litter box. With larger animals im used to a pretty set schedule for morning and evening feeding times hay/grain/ checking water / picking up manure/ brushing etc. I normally send photos to pet owners when they are out of town .

I need to know how responsive the dog is , will it come when called . How friendly is the dog with other dogs , and how much exercise is needed. I have no issue going on hikes or going to a dog park. But the dog does need to behave and respond well.
A typical day
For me it all depends on the owner , I will go on walks, if the dogs behaved I’ll go to the dog park (if owner allows) I’ll play in the yard. Of course weather permitting

Availability
I am a part time Red Rocks College student , so currently I have class 8:30-10:15 Monday through Thursday . As long as I can connect to wifi all is good with that. I have a job as a stable hand in conifer that takes about 45 minutes each night . Once summer hits I’ll somtimes have horse shows on weekends . I’m also a 4-h horse and livestock leader but that does not take any time out of my days.
