Pet care experience
Aside from being raised with animals from a young age and learning how to cater to various pets (dogs, cats,finches, turtles, lizards, and fish); I gained experience working as a kennel technician alongside a vet. We nurtured, maintained, and focused on the health of dogs. We prepared them to find a potential family.

Kayla took wonderful care of my pup. Coordination was smooth and easy, and she sent me many photos and updates during her stay. I was able to rest easy on my vacation knowing he was in good hands. I am definitely planning on using her again for future stays and recommend her to anyone!
Kayla is the most caring and loving pet owner that I know. She currently has a cat that she adopted and loves dearly. She has watched my dog for me on numerous occasions and she follows his medication routine perfectly and he is always happy to see her and hang with her if I have to leave. Kayla is one of the few people I trust to take care of my dog for periods if I have to leave town or work.

I live in a two floor house with plenty of space and rooms to section of pets if necessary. I have a well-maintained yard with plenty of open space and fences. We live in a quaint neighborhood that’s close to a park & playground. Plenty of routes to walk around as well. Not too busy of a neighborhood and fairly quiet. I have a shy that’s friendly but tend to hide from new company, but they have experience with cats and dogs

Just let me know in advance if there’s any specific care your animal companion needs & I’ll do my very best to accommodate them. If there’s a specific routine they have- I can stick to it! Also, let me know if they aren’t comfortable around cats & I can make room to separate any animals in my home for safe measures.
A typical day
I enjoy walking dogs to our nearby park where they is an open field to get a bit of exercise. If it’s a rainy day, we can still have fun playing with their favorite toy or hopefully practice on trick exercises. For cats- my go to laser pointer! I have a cat tree for them to lounge on. Some additional toys & if they want a cat friend I can introduce them to my shy chatty cat boy.

Availability
I’m currently working part time and setting aside personal time for Rover, so I can always be available to my clients during scheduled periods. I’m eager to help my clients as much as possible and will allow flexibility where there’s room for it.
