Pet care experience
I am a social worker and have been caring for dogs my whole life. I raised my current dog from when she was a puppy and was a volunteer dog walker at the Maryland SPCA while living in Maryland where I worked exercising the dogs and preparing them for adoption. I also have experience working as a dog walker and sitter for another company, and prior to working with Rover I was a puppy raiser for SDWR, a service with which I raised puppies to become alert dogs for either diabetes, PTSD, or seizures. I have experience with both large and small dogs, in addition to both older dogs and puppies. I have a senior dog at home and have experience administering medications. I guarantee I will love your pup as if they were my own and make sure they get plenty of play time and exercise. I also always have my phone in my pocket and will be available 24/7 to contact while your dog is in my care and send TONS of photo updates!

Kayla was so wonderful with my hard headed baby. She took amazing care of him and the was so happy when I came and picked him up. It you need a dog sitter you should totally get Kayla to watch your baby!!! I loved all the photos and updates!!
Kayla was absolutely amazing with momo. The best sitter I have had on Rover. She communicated about momo very well and sent me tons of pictures! And momo seem to have had a great time there as well. Will definitely use her again.
Kayla's immense affection and respect for animals, especially dogs, is indisputable. My two dachshunds absolutely adore her, and I am certain they are in loving hands whenever I ask her to care for them. Wouldn't trust my dogs to many other people!
Kayla helped to care for our dog when she was just 3 months old and sick, she made sure to follow all of the instructions in terms of giving her, her medication and keeping a close eye for any symptoms. We are grateful to have had a Kayla help us with our puppy and know she was in good hands.
