Pet care experience
I love, love, love dogs and always have since I was little. I grew up taking care of dogs. In my pictures are my yellow lab, Cody and my mini Australian shepard, Auzzie. I am from Colorado, so am very outdoorsy! I used to have a daily routine of taking my dogs on hikes and giving them love and affection. I signed up for Rover because I miss walking dogs, playing, feeding, and interacting with them. I just moved to Utah in May and have been exploring all the amazing hikes around me. I work as a lift attendent this winter at Snowbird, so I will have a very specific schedule. If you plan ahead with me, I would be willing to take specific days off. Whatever works best for you, just tell me and I will let you know if it is possible. I have a reliable car, as well, so if you live far I don't mind driving to you. I am very responsible and an honest person. Please give me the opportunity to watch your dog (s)! You truly won't regret it!

Kayla is fantastic! She helped us over two weeks with dog walks while my partner was on the mainland, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a responsible, reliable, friendly person who loves dogs. As soon as Frank and I met Kayla, we both liked and enjoyed her. Frank enjoyed their walks and I feel great knowing he was with someone who loved and cared for him as much as I do. I highly recommend Kayla. Her personality and love for animals is truly a blessing. Will schedule more walks in the future

Kayla was great with our sweet boy. She was reliable, punctual, and I could tell she really cared for Makaio. He always looked like he was having a great time on his walks. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kayla...she will do a great job and be really caring to your pet.

I would like to know how well trained your dog is, if he or she does well with other dogs, if it is potty trained, and any possible problems your dog has had in the past (my dog used to have seizures and other problems, so I am experienced on how to prevent them and what to do in the situation). I will watch after any breed, although I would prefer to watch after pomeranians (my grandma used to breed them), labradors, golden retrievers, Australian shepards, and yorkies! :)
A typical day
I love to go camping, so any chance I get I will bring your dog outdoors (if you feel comfortable with the idea). I would definitely take them to dog parks, hikes (there is one 3 minutes from my house), etc.
