Pet care experience
We like to run!! We are hands on dog people who believe in getting plenty of sunshine and playtime outside if the weather permits. I have been a dog owner from the time I was a child so I’ve always been around dogs. My pup Roxie, who recently passed away, use to enjoy watching animal planet, going for walks at Forest Park and napping in the warmth of the sun. I miss her very much and I’m not looking to get a new companion just yet. I raised my last dog from a pup into his old age so I am well aware of what that involves. I will go the extra mile to make sure your dog has a positive time in my care and that you yourself are satisfied with your experience. I send photo updates to keep intouch as well! I would thoroughly enjoy keeping your pet company. I also love cats and I am more than willing to pet sit them as well. Currently have no pets of my own or children. I am available to do checkups or house sit also.

Kayla was absolutely great! We were worried about leaving Tucker with someone we didn’t really know but Kayla met with us beforehand and put us completely at ease. She sent pictures the whole time we were away of Tucker playing which made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our time. I would definitely recommend Kayla and I will be looking for her the next time we travel!

I am a dog person so I enjoy all dogs. I would like to know if your dog is friendly with other dogs? Does your dog have any chewing issues and does your dog have accidents in the house?( is he/she potty trained?) Does your dog have any special routines or medications that need to be administered. I take dogs out regularly after feeding/watering and I am great with potty trianing.
A typical day
Our house is centrally located in Richmond Heights near a number of parks including forest park. We have a huge play room in our basement equipt with plenty of toys, great for playing fetch and running around. Our yard is large and monitored by security cameras for your pups protection. It is partially fenced so I use a lead or leash when in the back yard and I stay with the dog for supervision. Your dog will have a comfortable stay and lots of fun at play. I am able to separate dogs if needed for any reason. I have dog crates if needed. I don’t allow dogs on my bed or couch but they do have designated dog beds and I am hoping to get a couch for the dogs that I’ll place in the playroom.
