I've raised and trained puppies, and seen senior pups through their last walks - and my energy and passion doesn't change. A long term pet owner myself, I have been a reliable caregiver for community pets since I was a kid. I also volunteer at the local SPCA so all animal personalities are welcomed.

Kaye is our dream sitter! Our boy can be very anxious and distrustful of individuals. Kaye worked hard to connect with him and earn his love. It's clear that she cares about pets & animals. Kaye made sure he was fed (Milo can lose interest in eating while we are gone) and stuck to our schedule the most she could. Besides that, our home was left clean and she was incredibly respectful of our space. She arrived on time, paid attention to details & requests, and communicated well with us. Kaye is the best sitter we have EVER had. I recommend her without any hesitation!
Kaye is wonderful! She treated our pups with such great care and was very communicative with lots of great photos! The dogs already can’t wait until Miss Kaye returns!
We met Kaye for a meet and greet and she was so kind to milo. She was also aware of the environment and communicative about expectations, behaviors, and all small details. We are looking forward to her house sitting! :)

I have a fenced in yard, and a friendly 8 year old cat who was raised around dogs. (Who can be separated from others if necessary) I'm eager to cater to each client's needs including specialized diets, exercise routines, grooming maintence or just special ways to show love. I believe in bond building with animals and continued engagement/education - so I keep them happy and on track for any training needs! I will provide check ins and can send you lovely pictures of your furry ones throughout my time. I also offer services around home care needs including plant sitting, house cleaning, light errands, and yard work during the stay or on a stop-in basis. So please feel free to ask for anything you need and let me know how I can provide the best service.

I'd love to know what they love, hate, and love but can't have! From snacks to activities and even spots to rub. If there is anything in particular that triggers or sooths them let me know so I can support them best. Plus if you have nicknames for them, I'd like to use them to make them feel welcomed ?
A typical day
I'm all about cooperative engagement and paying attention to cues so I have an array of toys and games that we as a team can decide on - or feel it out as we go. I have bike paths and parks near me, but am always happy to take them on a trip out to my favorite sniff spots or hikes in the hills. Otherwise, we can hang out in my air-conditioned home or in my backyard that attracts wild birds and butterflies for them to observe as they lounge in the yard or my covered patio.
