Pet care experience
I’ve volunteered at The Animal Shelter of Martha’s Vineyard since I was 9 years old and worked with a dog trainer on the island! I moved off the island to complete my bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management! I have pet sit and dog walked since I could remember and have rescued many dogs! I also have a chinchilla now!

I have known Kaya for a very long time. She has always been an animal lover and grew up with many pets and always made time to volunteer at the local animal shelter. She has cared for my own cat many times. She is a bit of an animal whisperer. She takes the time to connect with the animal so they feel safe and cared for. Your pet will be in good hands with Kaya.
Kaya has a calm presence with animals that translates well when meeting and caring for animals. She knows how to handle animals in a caring and consistent manner whether it be in their home or out on a walk. Kaya is responsible, dependable and trustworthy. She is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with.
I have known Kaya for all of her 19 years.Since she was a little girl, she has had a passion for all animals, especially dogs and cats. She has also cherished rabbits, chickens and gold fish in her home. Kaya takes loving care of her pets as well as the pets of others. She has cared for my dog when I’ve been away and I have been confident in both the quality of care she offers and in her absolute sense of sobriety.

I love taking long walks and running so I will keep your dog active! I love to go to Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, Ma or walking around new neighborhoods or your dogs favorite spot!
