From my energetic childhood weenie, to my mild-mannered Boston terrier, dogs have always been a part of my life! I've cared for dogs of all sizes for neighbors, family, and friends, and I've never met a cat I didn't like either. I'd love to look after your furry friend for you, and give them all of the love & attention they need!

Kay was wonderful! She came for a meet and greet the day before and Willy, our pup, instantly loved her. Me too! She took great care of our dog and was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Kay-she’s amazing!
We came home to happy dogs and cats. Overall, the stay went great! Kay kept us informed of what was going on and followed our pets routines.
Kay was great! Kay was very attentive to our older dog Lily. She followed all our directions, sent frequent updates and pictures when we were away. She took great notes and asked questions to make sure Lily's routine was followed as if we were here. Kay was also a great house guest. Kay made it easier for us to leave our older dog and enjoy our time away. I highly recommend Kay!
Kay is super sweet and attentive. She made sure Beau had a great day and kept me informed of everything throughout the day! Highly recommend!!

It is important for me to know about a dog's personality and habits, so that I know what to expect and how much attention they need to really thrive. Some dogs are perfectly content to do their own thing, others (like mine!) are a little more attached to their human, and need near constant attention.
A typical day
I find local areas to be safest for walking dogs, especially during the winter. But there are plenty of good trails and wildlife sanctuaries in the area that can give high-energy dogs the stimulation they need. If your dog is more of a cuddler, I am more than happy to sit and give them all the love they need.

Availability
I'm available most days of the week and weekends, barring appointments and other pet-sitting clients. I usually need at least a day's notice, but will be as flexible as I can, because I know things can come up unexpectedly.
