Nice girl, needs to improve time management. I was late for work because Kay didn't get up on time to receive Baylee, had us waiting for 30 mins. Then I went to pick Baylee up and my puppy with separation anxiety was left alone. The Mother came was locked out and Kay had the house key. I sat outside in the rain from 5:15p to 6:17p and finally Kay showed up to let her Mother in, all the time Baylee was locked up in their home all alone. Rover did not handle this incident properly and I have not used this service since. My dog is my child and I'm not going to pay someone to leave Baylee alone.....

Kay was very sweet and took good care of my baby. I’ll definitely book with her again when needed.
