I am without a dog of my own for the first time in over 20 years, and I would love to care for your dog(s) as if they are my own. As you can see from my photos, I love going on adventures with dogs! I moved to Oregon in 2015 from the SF Bay Area, and boy am I glad I did! I currently work from home as a web copy editor, but I had an earlier five-year career as a dog trainer, walker, and sitter in the Bay Area. I graduated from the Karen Pryor Academy and I use only positive-reinforcement methods. I have two children in the house, so your dog needs to be good with young kids. I like snuggling with dogs on the furniture, but if getting on the furniture is a no-no at your house then I will maintain that rule for your dog in my house.

Kay was so sweet with our girls. We could tell they were tired and happy. Kay took them on walks and let them play outside in her yard. After trying everything from daycares to expensive dog hotels, we think we’ve finally found ‘the one’.
Kay did a wonderful job with my mastiff! I got daily photos, she took him on walks, and she even let him up on her bed! I could tell that my dog was right at home with Kay and that gave me some peace of mind while I was on vacation, because it is not easy to find someone who is capable of taking care of such a big dog - and Kay did awesome. We will definitely use her again!
Kai enjoyed her stay with Kay. Kay was a great fur baby sitter and we would happily have Kai stay there again
Our dog Wren had the best time at Kay’s house! She actually didn’t want to leave when we went to pick her up. You can tell Kay really loves dogs and her training background is a huge plus as we have a young dog that is still learning! She was very communicative and so flexible with us. I would highly recommended her and we will definitely use her in any future beach trips.
