Unfortunately Katy has a hard time handling giant breed dogs. She was having a very hard time handling my dogs and I was beginning to think I just had horribly behaved dogs when I wasn't around. However, since she quite unexpectedly I have had a new dog walker and she does fantastic. Never has any problems with my dogs at all which led me to believe that Katy just doesn't know how to control bigger dog breeds. If you have giant breed dogs that can be stubborn with new individuals, I would recommend finding someone who can handle it. Or be ready to be finding someone else in a crunch as she may just unexpectedly cancel your dog walking because she too realizes that she can't handle it. Other than this, Katy seemed to be very nice & willing to work around schedules.
