I have 2 cats and one dog myself, and I absolutely adore them. I've had my two cats for over 5 years and I've had my dog for the last 4. Both of my own cats have very different personalities, so I am used to the different ways that cats interact with humans as well as with each other. My dog is a blue heeler/chow chow mix, so I am also used to dogs that have a more protective/territorial side, but not dangerous. I very much enjoy meeting other people's fur babies and taking care of them like they are my own. I've always had a passion for being around animals and caring for them. For the last several years, I've taken care of my family and friends' fur babies when they have gone out of town, or are simply unable to tend to the needs of their fur babies on a regular basis, and I have loved it. I've joined Rover as more of a hobby since I love being around animals. :)
