I’m from Illinois, and I’m now an educator in Fort Collins. I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid. My boyfriend and I just adopted a 9-year old lab mix named Percy from Canine Candor. She is getting used to going on walks and hanging out with dog new friends. She’s adjusting to her new home so well! We love her! Currently, I take care of many friends' and coworkers' dogs (and cats and fish and parrots!) in the neighborhood, as well as other family's dogs I've met through Rover.com. I stay at their homes while they're away, which puts them at ease that their fur babies are happy at home with a caregiver. I think being at home really eases the pups’ nerves, as well as the owners!

Katy was amazing with our dogs! Knowing that our dogs were out getting some exercise and not sitting in the house all day while we were away gave me peace of mind. I loved the pictures and updates. I will definitely be using her again!
Katy has dog and kitty sat at my home quite a few times now. She is such a wonderful animal lover and my dogs and kitty are always so happy to see her. It makes me feel so much better leaving them at home with someone trustworthy rather than sending them to a kennel where they will feel abandoned and anxious. I love that Katy can stay the night at my home. It helps me feel comfortable and at ease while I am away. She always treats my animals as if they were hers. She gives them lots of love and snuggles and takes them for walks and plays with them outside.
My dogs instantly loved Katy when they met her. Her prices are fair and she did an excellent job for us. We got photos with each visit and she went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend her.
Katy has watched my two Ridgebacks several times. She is trustworthy, caring, communicates well, and the dogs love her. I will continue to use her as a pet sitter and appreciate the love she gives my boys. Julie and Mike
