Pet care experience
You have my sincere assurance that I will love your pet like my own! I have cared for dogs and cats of both friends and family. I have also fostered numerous dogs that were lost, that I was able to reunite with their owner. I am comfortable with both large and small breeds, as well as cats! I understand that for many people, myself included, your animal is a family member and needs everything that you and I require. Shelter, food and water, love and playtime. All of which will be in no short supply under my care!

Katy is great! She did great with all four of our dogs and you can tell they were loved on. Katy stayed at the house and the dogs enjoyed her being around. We received no shaming from our pets upon our arrival back home! Katy went above and beyond for this stay and it made mine and my dogs life a lot easier! She send photos, texts with updates and hung around with them- just like they are accustom to! I highly recommend Katy.

We own our home and have a fenced in backyard for your furry friend to enjoy. We have two dogs of our own. Duke is a 6 year old mutt that I rescued 5 years ago. Tex is a 12 year old dachshund that is deaf but playful. Both dogs are great with other animals but we have the space to separate or crate your/our pets in another room if that makes you more comfortable.

I am all about pet centered care. If there are things your pet enjoys or would help make them more comfortable, please let me know! It’s hard being away from your friend and I know that can cause stress on the pet. Anything I can do to make your furry friend feel at home, I’m all for it.
A typical day
Both our dogs enjoy being outside and require lots of stimulating activities. They go on walks around our neighborhood both in the morning and evening, I would love to include your pup in those walks if they felt comfortable! Our home is also covered in toys, so there will be plenty of things to keep your friend occupied.

I currently work full-time Mon-Fri/9am-5pm at a non-profit in Fort Worth. I am available anytime in the evenings after work and all day Saturday and Sunday to be with your furry friend!
