Pet care experience
I am your typical Floridian who has just moved to the great state of Oklahoma!! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. One small and one big. Although, they’ve passed away, they were my greatest joy. I’ve dog and cat sat for friends and family since I was 12. I’ve stayed at their house and I did pop in visits throughout the day as well. The dogs that I have sat, have ranged from 6 months to 17 years old. I am very experienced with all ages of dogs.

Katy did an amazing job sitting my dog for a weekend. Kept me updated on how everything was going every day and followed any instructions I left. Overall, great job and allowed for me not to worry and kept my dog happy!
Katy does a great job watching dogs and cats, loves all animals really. She will sit and snuggle, she will walk dogs if needed, and will take care of pets like her own. I would highly recommend. She will always care for pets as if they’re her own. She will come to someone’s home, visit as long as needed, and return as needed. She cleans up after the animals in her care, and will take the time to get to know each pet.
Katy always goes above and beyond when caring for animals! I have had an array of animals for her to watch, spanning from dogs to cats and she always does a stand-up job. I know that she is an animal lover just by the way she treats mine (just like family). She grew up with dogs herself, but really she loves all animals. I would highly recommend booking with Katy!

I have had an open yard and a fenced yard at my homes. I love to take dogs on walks to keep them energized. I am currently living in a house with a fence. I live with two adorable cats, that need lots of attention. They are my sisters, but they are basically my little children :) Making sure that pets have down time and fun time are one of my highest priorities when working with them!!
Information Katy J. would like to know about your pet
Just let me know if your pet does not like to be around other people or if they prefer to be alone a lot of the time. I also love to be aware of any health issues, physical restraints, or medications that they might need. I have house sat/dog sat where I had to take the dog to the vet a couple times for families. I am very comfortable doing so and also providing the dogs with their medications!
A typical day
I want to be able to let the dogs have a lot of fun when they are with me. My favorite thing to do, is teach dogs tricks. I also love making sure they have LOTS of cuddles while I am there. Any time I walk dogs, I love taking them on drives (safely and approved by the owner) or taking them to parks near by.

I’m currently going to be an elementary school teacher in August, and I’m just looking for a job during the summer that I know will keep me busy, but also be something that I know I will enjoy. If your dog has any type of restraints or medical issues, I would love to meet you and them beforehand. This will allow me to have a better understanding of what you will need from me :)
