I have an indoor fenced area for the dogs to access at all times with a dog door for medium to large sized dogs that goes to my medium -large size backyard. I take the dogs running /walking every morning. I work Mon -Fri 8-5 but I come home for an hour at lunch to play (usually fetch or tug with ropes), and on weekends I try and go hiking with the dogs. I have 2 dogs, a boxer /lab (75 lbs) mix and an aussie /lab (55 lbs) mix, they are both very friendly and love to play. I also have kennels and can work with dogs that are used to being kenneled. I keep the AC set around 75 in the summer :).
