I’m in vet school at UTK, so I have lots of experience and love for animals!! I have dog/cat sat for years and also worked at a small animal hospital as a kennel and lab tech for years.

Katy Grace is a phenomenal pet sitter. She is very responsible and loving with animals. She did a fantastic job taking care of my Shih Tzus while we were vacationing. She also has tremendous knowledge about caring for sick pets as she is studying to be a veterinarian. I highly recommend her and know you will feel the same after entrusting her to care for your pet.

While I do live in an apartment, there is a grassy area for going outside as well as a dog park nearby. The only animal I have in my home is a gecko, and he is secured in a safe place.

Please let me know if there are any special needs or medication involved. I consider myself equipped to adapt to these things but would need to be aware so that I can care the best I can! I would also like to know any allergies, habits, etc. that would possibly affect them.
A typical day
I absolutely love playing with dogs and seeing them happy :) My family has 2 dogs at home: one high-energy and one low-energy. Therefore, I am familiar with how different types of dogs like to play/spend their time. I am very active, so if I am watching a high-energy dog, I would love to go on walks or runs as well as play outside and at the dog park. I also enjoy my “me-time,” so if the dog is low energy, I am also happy to cuddle up on the couch for a good movie!

Availability
I will start school in August, and it will be a tight schedule during the week. But, I should be free most nights and weekends. I will be studying at home a lot, so I will be available to your pets.
