Attorney by day, dog lover by night

Pet care experience

I currently have two special needs, rescue dogs that I adopted approximately two years ago. One requires multiple medications every day and a weekly shot, the other requires specific handling procedures—in short, I’m very familiar with and comfortable handling both special needs and “regular” dogs.

I cannot think of someone who loves dogs more than Katy. She takes care of every dog as if it’s her own. She is the ideal dog walker for anyone who wants the best exercise, love, and care for their pup!

Katy pet sat for my family a few years ago over a holiday break. She is responsible, kind, and fun. I don’t think our dog had ever been in better hands, he was absolutely in paradise, lots of snuggles, pets, walks… he got so much attention and love. Her own dogs are her world and she knows just what to watch out for and all precautions to take. Our dog absolutely adores Katy and I know yours would to!

I will follow the owner’s lead and directions regarding caring for their pet in their home. For example, one of my dogs stays in a closed room while I am at work, while the other has free roam of the house. I crate trained both of them so I am also comfortable putting your dog into a crate.

Availability

I work full time as an attorney, but am looking for extra income due to an increase in my mortgage and student loan payments resuming in Feb. 2022. I rarely do legal work on the weekends, so I have plenty of time Sat.-Sun. to walk or care for your pup.
