Growing up, we've always had dogs as part of our family. I've also dogsat for days for a few pitbulls (not at the same time) for a friend who fostered them. The only reason I still don't have a dog right now is because it always pains me to think that I am going to be loving this furbaby like my own child knowing that I won't have it for longer than I'd like. I've had a few heartbreaks with having to put pets down and it never gets easy and right now I feel I'm still not ready to face that fact. I am, however, very open to reciprocating my affection for new furry friends!
