Pet care experience
I have owned and cared for all sorts of critters my entire life. Starting from a young age I was involved in my local 4-H dog program, which included basic obedience and showmanship training for mine, and my fellows pups. I have volunteered at many an animal function and at a wildlife center while in high school. I have been asked over the many many years to pet/house sit for various family, friends, family friends, coworkers, and newly found friends through reference by word of mouth. I have been relied upon many a time for potty breaks, walking, medical care, accurate feeding and supervision, amongst other services such as bathing and grooming for my clients. For the past 5 years I have also worked in the veterinary field as a Veterinary Assistant, with tons of experience caring for all sorts of different types of animals.

I predominately specialize in house/pet sitting in my clients homes, I have pets of my own that I care for and can then be cared for while I am on a job but if need be I do have a big fenced back yard, I have ample walking trails near where I live. When I’m my clients homes I research the areas surrounding for best walking routes, I make sure to follow any and all instructions laid out in regards to care, and I always make sure to dedicate as much time as I can to the critters I am caring for. I love pet/house sitting in the environments the pets are most comfortable, leaving your fur-babies (or feathered/scaled babies too) at home can be stressful for all but to bring as much comfort to their needs definitely helps with the separation for all involved. I do like to have meet and greets, when possible, so my critter clients can get to know me a little before I barge into their space and with the welcome from their parental units so that they are a bit more comfortable with my care as well.

If your kiddo is on any medications/if there are any specialized medical conditions and/or allergies. If there are any triggers/sensitivities that might cause them to be reactive in a negative way. Anything to avoid or anything thing they love? What foods do they love/special treats they can have? Do they have a favorite toy?
A typical day
I absolutely love to get outside when I can. There are a few dog friendly hikes in the area that I know of that I love to take them (if they like being outdoors) and always love trips to the dog parks! Lord Hill in Snohomish is one of my absolute favorites!

Availability
I currently work 35-40 hours a week but when house/pet sitting I dedicate any free time to the critters and care, and can have them come to work with me if need be or dedicate my breaks to potty breaks for the critters. (I am a Veterinary Assistant with 5 years of experience in the field and currently working on my Veterinary Technicians license while working full time and taking care of my own fur babies)
