Hi there, I enjoy taking walks with dogs in neighborhoods and to local parks. I’ve taken care of many animals over the years, including cats, small and big dogs, as well as birds and some exotic pets like hedgehogs and chinchillas. In the past year (not through Rover), I have petsat for a Yorkie, shiba inu, labradoodle, and schnauzer mix. I am very happy to take your dog(s) on trails and wipe down their paws afterwards. I strongly believe hiking not only builds a dog’s confidence in navigating the world but also noticeably improves their mood and helps them sleep well at night. I don’t charge extra for driving time for 60 min walks. I like dogs that walk slowly and ones that walk quickly :) I like playing catch and seeing what your dog looks at and responds to. My background is in cognitive science, education, and software development. I have experience with dogs recovering from surgery (administering medicines, monitoring, massaging) as well as senior dogs (10 years old+). Fun fact about me: My first words were “woof woof”.
