We booked Katreeva to look after our dog and cat for 4 days over the Labor Day weekend. We did a meet and greet beforehand, where we showed her their feeding routines and other requirements. When we returned we discover that not once did our cat have his litter boxed cleaned out. It was so full he had nowhere to stand that he then went potty under our bed. Our dog has a specific diet where she requires plain rice, but we returned to a full tub as none of it had been provided to our dog. When questioned about this she said she did not know where it was, but this was written on very simple instructions that where visible on our kitchen counter. Our cat has a specific mix of food. She gave this to our dog instead and fed our cat a part of the premix instead. Not once did she reach out to us to confirm any of these details which she was clearly not sure about. She did not provide any photographs/updates until we requested and then she sent a few on a single occasion. During which we felt too awkward to continually ask. It makes me feel sick to think that they were treated so badly and we still paid the full fees. We wonder how long they were possibly left for at a time as clearly no interest was given in their care.

Katreeva was responsive and responsible with my puppies. My home and my pets were well cared for.
