Pet care experience
I have always loved animals! I grew up with cats, multiple dogs, birds and guinea pigs. I’m currently a medical assistant at a local doctors office. I work Monday through Thursday until 5pm. I will walk, play and feed your fur baby before I leave for work. I don’t use cages (unless you insist) so your fur baby will have the house to their self while I’m gone. Your pet will have all of my attention. I love to go on walks, play fetch and cuddle! I give all the dogs the option to sleep with me in the bed. I’m not sure where my career will take me so I can’t commit to a pet right now. I was very excited to come across Rover because I’m blessed with the opportunity to love and care for your pets while earning some extra cash! I will not book a job unless I’m positive I have the time to fully care for your pet. My home is ideal because it is small with no steps. No small children in home. I have one twelve year old son but between his friends and shared custody, he’s only with me half the time. My son is a animal lover just like me. He is very gentle and nurturing towards animals. Your pet will feel very comfortable and get one on one attention. You will be completely stress free while your pet is staying with me!

Katlin did a fantastic job watching our dog, Emmy Lou. She texted pictures and updates on how Emmy Lou was doing. It helped us feel at ease about leaving Emmy Lou. We appreciated how well she cared for our dog.
Katlin kept our dog 4 nights. She did great with him and updated us anytime we asked. We will definitely be using her again. Thank you so much for helping make our vacation stress free with having him in good hands!
Katlin dog sat for my family a quite a few times. Mostly when we took family vacations to Florida as it’s a long trip for our fur babie. She was kind, gentle, and very active with our dog. Our dog just loves her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

On my days off, I wake up around 7am. We usually go on a walk within half hour of waking up. Our morning walk is about 20 minutes. We come back and I will feed your pup. I love to cuddle but I know it’s important for most dogs to get their energy out. I make it a point to play fetch or do something active before lunch. We will go on a short afternoon walk for about 10 minutes. We end the day with a afternoon walk for a good 25-30 minutes, depending on weather and the energy level of your dog. Most of my dogs get fed two times a day so I will feed your dog after our afternoon walk. Of course every dog has their own feeding schedule. I will follow your care and feeding instructions.

I’m pretty laid back. A typical day for your dog and I will include walking, playing, parks, cuddling (hopefully) and eating. Honestly the activity level really depends on the dog. Every dog is different with their own personality. I will cater to your dogs specific needs and wants.

I do not use cages, unless you insist on one, so your dog will have the whole house to their self while I’m at work. Other than my work hours, I’m completely free. Your dog will have my full attention. I absolutely love dogs. I love getting to know their unique personalities in the short time they’re with me. It doesn’t feel like job or a chore for me to care for your animal. Your dog will get the best care with me!
