I have been petsitting for dogs and cats since I was 8 years old. I have a dog and cat in Hawaii and one on the mainland. My pets are my children, and I treat them as such. I love other animals and am drawn to them out in public. Animals tend to be drawn to me, probably because I love them. I am firm, but loving with commands. I have trained two dogs now, moderately well. I work an odd schedule as a physical therapist and have a weekday off, so my boyfriend and I are home a lot. It’s perfect for having pets because one of us is usually around either in the morning or afternoon. He works close by to the house, so he can come home for lunch, while I go to work later a couple of days a week.
