Hello, My name is Katie, I live in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. I love dogs (really all animals) and have a hard time trusting people who don't haha! I grew up with Golden Retrievers and now have one of my own, Eleanor "Ellie" (6 years old). I recently have started working from home so I have the luxury of letting Eleanor out to play during the day. Our house furniture is dog-friendly, Ellie helps herself to the sofa and bed. We enjoy backyard ball throws, neighborhood walks, and dog park hikes. Ellie is very friendly and we will welcome your dog with open arms! I typically board at my home but I am open to staying at another dog’s home on a case by case basis. Please feel free to message me with any additional questions. I hope I can help!

My dogs don’t take to everyone and had never met Katie before so I was majorly apprehensive. They took to her with no problem and she sent pictures of them frolicking. All looked happy! Was very pleased.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Katie for about 5 years now. We both share a mutual love for dogs, specifically Golden Retrievers :) Part of my love for Golden's is having the distinct pleasure of growing up in a house where my parents bread Retrievers as a hobby. It was a relief when we found Katie to watch our dogs, whether its just to take them for a walk or to keep them overnight. She is great with the dogs and very reliable. It is hard to get the dogs to leave when we pick them up! Highly recommended.
