Pet care experience
I fully believe that animal's lives are just as valuable to human lives. My family has always had labrador retrievers and cats, but I have loved animals and pets since I was a little girl. Sometimes I believe I am Snow White and try to pet deer when I walk. I have been taking care of my own pets, neighbors, friends, and family's pets for as long as I can remember. My own dog is a 9 month old Chocolate Lab and our elderly dog is a blind Yellow Lab. I am very experienced in training, puppy care, walking, boarding, grooming, and caring for dogs of all breeds and ages. I have worked closely with the Humane Society for years to provide social visits for the animals there. I promise your fur baby will be well taken care of and safe in my care!

What a treat to get someone like Katie to care for my crazy two dogs. It was my first time using Rover and she far exceeded my hopes/expectations. A natural with dogs, quick to communicate and photos for my reassurance. I would/hopefully WILL be able to use her again to watch my dogs. Thank you Katie!!!!

Katie has been my personal dog sitter for many years. She always goes above and beyond, even back when she was just doing my family a favor and not getting paid for it! She loves my dogs like they’re her own, she even handmade dog cookies for them. I’m convinced my dogs don’t even miss me when they’re with Katie. She’s been around all kinds of animals growing up, and I would recommend her any day for any pet!

I am currently only working mornings until 11 AM. My afternoons and evenings are completely free and I will only leave my house for 4 hours for work in the morning. I will try to stay available on the weekends as well.
