I’ve owned doggies since I was 9 and love having the extra fur friends around! I’ve fostered and rescued over the years. I’ve also owned special needs dogs - both physically and medically.

Katie was very communicative and sent photos and updates every few days for Maggie. Maggie enjoyed playing with Katie's dog and the other dogs.

***If scheduling works out, I may ask to watch your dog for a few hours after the initial meet and greet without the owner to ensure the dog will be comfortable in my house. Some dogs temperament changes when the owner is not present and I do not want your doggie stressed out (better to know prior to a potential stay if my house is not a good fit!)*** Hello! I am a college educated professional who loves and cares for pups. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for other dogs in my home. I only work 5-10 hours a week so I am home a lot!! My home is a clean 2 story large house with a fenced in back yard in a family neighborhood in Cedar Park. My yard has lots of small trees and one big tree for lots of shade. There is one other doggie living in my home. He is a 3 year old fixed Shih Tzu male. He’s a goofball and will play with every dog, big and small. My husband calls him the dog sitter and I'm just the dog manager.

I would like to know if they chew up furniture or items; do they get along with other submissive fixed male dogs without harming them; are they escape artists? Do they urinate when excited? Are they “talkers”?
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks There are a couple parks in my neighborhood, so we will walk to those. (Walks are very limited these days after the baby - it’s hard to wrangle a toddler and dogs!) Your dog's sleeping arrangement In my room, either on my bed with me, or on one of the several dog beds on the floor. One dog bed is a huge tempurpedic thick bed, 2 are the big donut beds, one is a magnet pet pad and there are several others - lots of sleeping choices! Several dog beds out of the bedroom as well. Time I'll spend with your dog My very limited part time work schedule is very flexible and I like to be home as much as possible.

I’m a stay at home mom and my husband works from home so we are home almost all of the time. I let the dogs outside every 1-2 hours.
