Hi! My name is Katie and I would love to meet and spend time with your furry friends! I use to work at a doggy daycare here in Ankeny so I have plenty of experience handling multiple dogs at once, cleaning kennels and more. I have a big dog of my own and have grown up around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities types. I currently work here in Ankeny so stopping in to have your furry baby out in the morning, mid day, or evening is no problem at all! Would love to help you out!

My dog use to come to work with me everyday so he is able to get his daily exercise and socialization with people and other dogs. I feed him in the morning and night. I am willing to do walks, feed, potty breaks, and a little cleaning if need be. So I am use to having pets out to go potty, feeding and watering, cleaning up after them, walking them and bathing them as well!

It is great to know if dogs like ti be around strangers like if we’re out on a walk. Or if they prefer females over males or vice versa. As well as if they have any triggers- touching their ears, tail, mouth, back, paws, walking to fast or abruptly, etc.
A typical day
I would love to take your dogs on a walk and play with them! There’s are so many parks, trails and etc around that they would love. Or if they homebodies like some of us playing outside in your backyard with a ball of some kind is always a blast!

Availability
I currently work fulltime but am usually off by 5:30pm. I can do feedings early in the morning before I work at 8:30/9 (depends on the week). Having a hour lunch would be perfect if your doggo needs a potty break or even just some outside time in the middle of the day. I usually only work week days, but a couple weekends here and there. If I do have work weekends it is usually just a quick Saturday morning shift 9-noonish. So I can definitely stop by and feed, have your dog out, walk him/her, water them, etc in the morning, mid day and evening.
