Hello, my name is Katie! As an artist, I believe in the power that stimulation (and lack of) holds. It is important to keep your pet engaged and exercised. I love pets of all types, and am looking forward to getting to know you and your babies! I have experience in both walking and sitting for dogs and cats of various sizes. I have cared for large and small dogs and cats of all types and personalities. I am confident in my ability to make a meaningful relationships with your pets. My home is large enough to give your pet space (or their own room) if needed. I have an unfenced back yard, but do have the ability to tether your pet outside while we play. Your pet will always be kept an eye on. I provide frequent picture updates and respect all pet parent requests and needs.

I have other pets. If your pet needs to be kept away from other dogs or cats, I will need to know for everyone's safety. I can keep pets in separate rooms. I will need to know of any dietary restrictions or medications. What is your feeding and walking schedule? I want your pet to have as much normalcy as possible!
A typical day
We go on long walks in the neighborhood and play fetch if your dog likes! I also have puzzle toys to keep your pet stimulated. No blanket or bed is off limits and I love snuggling up with pets. I have a Louisville Dog Run Association membership and take my dog to dog parks or trails often. If I am boarding your pet, they can take advantage of these activities as well!

Availability
I work a daily 9-5. My dog (and yours if you're staying with us!) gets a walk after work. The rest of the night, I will play with or groom my pets or just snuggle on the couch. My partner works from home and is able to care for your furry family members during my work hours.
