Hey! Appreciate you for stopping by on my page.❤️ Here’s a little background info on me 😊 Working with animals has always been my passion. I’ve worked with animals all my life- and professionally for 6 years now. I have trained and worked as a kennel technician, taken multiple animal behavioral classes, attended many seminars and events in regards to my profession and am always looking to learn more to be the best I can for the dogs I serve. I have been a professional dog groomer since February 2018. I have a great deal of experience with pups in many aspects so I’m able to provide exceptional care, catering to each and every dogs specific needs. I’ve worked in many different settings such as my own home, different types of grooming salons, shelters, luxury boarding facilities— I’ve seen it all. Things like Maintaining different feeding regimens for different diets, providing and administering medications & medical assistance when needed, creating a soothing, comfortable atmosphere for pups as they would have in their own homes, and insuring the well being, happiness, and safety of every dog I work with are all things I take great pride in. This is our 3rd time using Rover and Katie is by far the best!! She is amazing and put all my nerves about leaving my fur babies at ease. She genuinely loves dogs and is so patient and kind. She has strong communication and a passion for loving in animals. Our one dog isn't friendly and he truly absolutely loved Katie. She went above and beyond to welcome our dogs to her home and let them adjust at their pace. She created a safe and loving place for them. She is the best without a doubt and I highly recommend her!!
Katie was very nice and our 2 dogs got along with her dog as well. Only negatives was that the dogs and their beds returned smelling like cigarettes and couldn’t find the one toy we brought with them :(
Katie was very prepared when we arrived with our dogs. She explained how she would introduce our dogs to her house and her dogs and how that would be accomplished. I immediately felt at ease and with her background, I knew she would take good care of ours. She even sent photos during their stay, and boy did they get spoiled!! She was great! I would highly recommend.
Katie did a great job taking care of my poppy girl while I was gone on vacation! My flight was canceled and I had to make arrangements for her to keep poppy another night. She was very flexible and sent the cutest pics of my sweet girl. Katie will take great care of your pup, don’t think twice just book!

Before caring for a dog I always ask for any specific instructions, requirements, requests from pet parents to ensure best service possible. I keep track of everything using an app that allows me to keep notes, reminders, etc. for each individual pup to ensure I always meet their needs. I maintain a comfortable, secure atmosphere for pups with lots of love and toys and care to give them the best experience possible as I would want the same for my own dog. Animals are a part of the family and should always be treated as such. My goal is to make sure families know without a doubt that their pets are safe with me just as they would be in their own home.

Please let me know ahead of time of any behavioral or medical issues. This will never keep me from providing my services, it’s just important to know these things ahead of time to provide the best and safest service possible! I always give 100% transparency and I do expect the same in return. Nothing will push me away from keeping your pup as long as we are all honest in the beginning. I will also be looking for information such as how they are with kids, how they are with other animals big and small, are they house trained and potty trained, and things like that just so I will know a little more of what to expect before drop off so I can provide the best service possible for your babies.
A typical day
Mental and physical stimulation is important for dogs. Plenty of toys, time outside, time in the kiddy pool (during appropriate weather and with pet parents consent), daily walks around my neighborhood, necessary down time with lots of cuddles, and a soothing spa day at the end of their stay always ensures that they will have a blast and never get bored.

I am currently professionally grooming from home, as I am in school online furthering my education. which means I am at home 24/7, readily available and have a very flexible schedule. ❤️.
