I have had dogs since I was a young kid and now have one of my own. Over the years I have trained her to do some tricks (minimal!) and she is a very well behaved dog. I have a remote-work schedule leaving flexibility to walk, play, cuddle, and care for your dog. This schedule leaves extra time in my routine to care for another animal and share the love I have for animals. My apartment is located close to a dog park that my pup and I frequent regularly. I have a fenced front and back yard for fun play time and a fur baby of my own for your pup to play with.

Katie was a really fantastic dog sitter. She was very response ahead of the stay and then sent lots of updates and pictures which made us feel very confident whilst away. We would highly recommend her and will certainly use her again in the future.
Katie was so nice and took great care of my dog! She sent a lot of pictures and updates which really brightened my day while I was at work. She has a rare (for DC) fully enclosed grassy backyard that my dog loved playing in! Hope to take my dog to Katie again soon.
Katie is the ultimate dog-mama! She takes such good care of her own pup and they always have the most fun together. I can assure you that Katie will care for your furry-friend like they are her own and will supply plenty of play time at nearby dog parks, socializing with other doggy-friends, and snuggle time in her beautiful apartment. I'd trust Katie with my pup any day!

We will explore neighborhood dog parks, play in my fenced back yard, explore a local cemetery (as long as they are comfortable off leash), and at the end of the day will cuddle up on the couch to a good movie and pets.
