Pet care experience
I grew up with labs, & I'm used to dog-sitting for my sister's and uncle's shelter dogs, ranging from Dalmatians to dachshunds. I also spent the last year dog-sitting with my roommate, which was more a source of fun for me than it was a source of money. Between myself and my family, there is almost always someone at the house, so your dog would get plenty of attention, love, and belly-rubs. One of my favorite ways to spend a weekend is hanging out at Wash Park with a blanket and a pup. (& if your dog like to go on runs, I usually run there too.)

Katie was wonderful with our dog! She sent pictures throughout the weekend and our dog came back happy and tired! He was clearly well taken care of! Pick up and drop off was a breeze and Katie was really responsive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
Katie and her family were awesome! They took such great care in keeping me updated and in the loop on how Perry was doing. Katie was flexible and great at keeping the lines of communication open! I would take Perry back there again without hesitation.
Katie is a kind, thoughtful, and dedicated person and animal lover! She loves dogs especially, and will go out of the way to make sure your pup gets the care and exercise it needs while you're away. She is my sister, so I am biased, but as a dog owner, I'd trust her with my (dog's) life!

A typical day
Morning and evening walks with lots of treats in between! I'm a mile away from Wash Park, and often go to Clear Creek Canyon during the week.

Availability
I'm currently in school, so my schedule is incredibly free. I'm home every 2-3 hours. In summer of 2023, I will be working hybrid for three days of the week. On those days, my partner is still home and I can be home at lunchtime.
