Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs and other pets since I was twelve years old. My neighbors have entrusted me in their homes to take care of their beloved pets while away on vacation. My care for animals has continued through the years by watching my family and friend's furbabies. I love them all like my own. I have my own furbaby now and have gone through all the training and learned many tricks through the years to keep them happy and safe.

Katie is the most kind hearted person ever! She will literally go to the extreme to care for your needs. The fact that she has a well trained & groomed dog shows that she is a die hard pet lover! Katie is someone you can definitely trust with your fur babies. She is great with dogs in regards to giving attention, being gentle, belly rubs and snuggles. Katie has so much love for her dog, Daisy, who always gets the VIP treatment - and there's a good chance she will spoil yours too!
Katie does everything whole-heartedly and leads with kindness. She is attentive and understanding with her own furry bestie, Daisy. She strives to understand situations from different angles and is determined to find the positive in any experience she has. Katie’s empathy allows her to connect with others, including doggos of all backgrounds - she is always willing to lend helping hand with my foster dogs who are so in need of extra love and patience.
Katie has been a loving and caring pet owner since I met her. She has a wonderful dog named Daisy who is energic and fun! Katie has dedicated her time and effort to Daisy as if she was her own human child. Lots of walks, cuddles, and most importantly care. Daisy has a rare stomach issue that requires Katie to put in extra care, attention to detail, and responsibility to take care of Daisy and to ensure that she is maintain balance of nutrition, weight, and overall happiness. Seeing the way that she is with Daisy and other pets that she has watched before gives you the sense of the responsibility that she takes very seriously, while giving and receiving the great joy that only a human and a cared for pet can share. I would highly recommend Katie to help support you and your pet children when you need the extra help!

Your pets safety and comfortabliity are my top priority. Our home does not include a fenced yard. However, I do live 2 miles away from the dog park and plenty of nice trails and sidewalks for walks. Our dog Daisy loves other dogs and is always ready to play and be friends. My goal is for your furbaby to feel loved and safe and I will care for them just like my own furbaby.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I should know and account for. I am available to board during the week and weekends. My only requirements are: 1. that the sweet furbaby be a doodle or any other version of hypoallergenic dog. (My son has a slight allergy to dogs, but has not had any reaction to our golden doodle.) 2. Your furbaby gets along with older children and dogs. 3. Meet and greet before your fur baby's stay begins to see how your dog and my dog get along. 4. Your furbaby be up to date on all vaccines and is not ill before staying with us. I am excited to meet and take care of your furbaby!
A typical day
I love to make sure that your furbaby is stimulated both physically and mentally. We will play plenty of games, check out all the new smells in my neighborhood and spend time at the large dog park around the corner.

Availability
I am currently self-employed and I am in and out of my home frequently during the day. So I have plenty of time for walks and playtime. I have a 12 year old son that loves dogs as well. Your furbaby will not lack for love, attention, fun and snuggles. I do also have a three year old golden doodle named Daisy. She has never met a dog that she didn't want to be best friends with. I would treat them just like my own.
