Hi! I have been an animal lover since before I can remember. I am very passionate about animal rescue and volunteer work with animals. I am experienced in animal behavior from my time volunteering at the shelter, there is extensive training involved. I have two dogs of my own and have been caring for animals for over 8 years. I understand that every animal has different needs, including reactive ones. My compassionate approach ensures every pet feels safe and loved in my care. I understand how hard it can be to trust someone with your pets, let alone allow someone in your home. I am an effective communicator so you will have peace of mind and I will provide plenty of photos(: I will be respectful of your space and leave it tidy. I currently have a flexible schedule as I attend school online, which allows me to attend to your pet's needs. If you have special requests for your pets I am open to attending to them, I know my pets can be very needy!(: I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies.

Katie treats my dogs as if they were her own and I know I can trust her to care for them, whether it's a walk around the neighborhood or overnights when we go on trips. She follows all detailed instructions and always puts the animals first - she is always looking for ways to improve their health and wellbeing. My dogs love Katie!
Katie has been amazing watching my dogs when I’m away. I occasionally have her watch my two huskies while I’m vacation or weekends away. Her genuine love for animals really shows. She made sure they were walked, fed and most importantly safe. I appreciate her kindness and love of animals.

I would love to know the temperament of your pet and how they are with other dogs/cats. I also welcome detailed instructions for the care of your pet including feeding preferences, bathroom breaks, treat preferences, etc.
A typical day
I like to make sure your pets are taken care of physically and mentally. I can take them for a leisurely walk or an extensive walk depending on the dog's needs. I can also play fetch or toys with them, I think I enjoy this more than them(: I can also provide the pets with mental stimulation that can include making brain puzzles for them or freezing their food in a toppl. I am also open to relaxing and just giving them some love if that is preferred.
