Katie was very professional and gave me much comfort in reserving from far away. She proactively confirmed the day before when I was en route and was very welcoming to Ferris. Very quickly after I left she sent a reassuring note and video which was much appreciated as I could have my meetings know that Ferris was comfortable, well taken care of and having fun. I highly recommend Katie!
Katie, was great to my dog Bella! She kept us updated on her stay. She accommodated us very last minute. Bella was exhausted when we picked up. She had a great time!
