We have had Katie do drop in visits for our 4 cats, 3 times in the past 6 months, she is reliable and provides us with detailed updates. This is really important for us to know our cats are being taken care of. Thank you Katie.

I had used Katie before for a few drop in visits before a 6 day overnight. Katie did a good job with keeping in touch with me while I was away. However, when I returned home, the writing was on the wall. I came home to a very sick dog who appeared to have been sick for several days. There was poop in our bedroom behind the dresser that was at least 3 days old. The artificial turf in the backyard needs to be professionally cleaned as Katie did not clean up each day and the dog waste sat in 90+ degree heat. Katie only noticed our pup was having stomach issues when she noticed the unhealthy poops on the turf the day before we were due home. I had to take Petunia to the vet as her condition was not improving after the 2 days we were home for. When I asked Katie what she think Petunia could have eaten, all she said was "I noticed the stools Sunday when I cleaned up". When I asked a follow up question, Katie went dark. She has not reached back out to see how Petunia is doing either which speaks volume. Other than a sick pup, Katie scratched the kitchen floors horribly. We need to have a general contractor quote us for a floor repair. We also came out of pocket to purchase a carpet steamer to address the stains as well as the professional turf cleaning. All of this, plus the vet bills, plus the fee Katie charged. I am extremely disappointed in the service I got and am hoping Rover will step up as promised in their Rover Guarantee.
