Pet care experience
My mission is to provide a worry free experience for my clients (and their owners!). I became the resident cat and dog sitter for all my friends. After having done this for a couple years, I decided it was time to take my petsitting services to the next level. Thus, KtsK9s was born. From Chihuahuas to Great Danes, I have taken care of dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, as well as catering to pets with different needs.

It's such a relief when you find someone who you can trust to stay at your home and watch your fur babies! Katie was so easy to work with it and we got pupdates on the daily :) She was super communicative throughout the week she stayed at our house and Frankie (Cane Corse mix) and Bentley (kitty) absolutely loved her! Katie is an amazing dog sitter. We have 2 Great Danes and a French bulldog. This is quite the rowdy crew but they are always excited when Katie comes. They look forward to their individual walks and snuggle time with her. We love the pictures and videos that she sends us while we are gone. I know that when we are out of town my dogs and my home are in good hands.

In my own home, I have a fenced yard and no pets of my own. I also have security cameras both inside and outside for additional safety. While I have watched dogs at my own home, I do often prefer to stay at my clients' homes as it is important to me that the dog(s) are in the environment they are most familiar and comfortable with. As an experienced pet sitter, I follow any guidelines set by my clients to ensure their furry friends are well taken care of, as well keep the space I am staying in extremely clean and well cared for. I am also happy to water plants, add chlorine tablets to the pool, and collect mail while my clients are away.

It is important for me to know of any major ongoing medical concerns, as well as any medication the dog or cat might need to take. Also feeding times, as well positioning of bowls (in case one or two dogs have jealousy issues or like to guard their food). Also the existence of any food allergies - I never feed my clients table scraps out of precaution, but I always ask in case there is something I need be extra aware about. I also always double check that the owners are comfortable with me leaving the house with their pets, such as going in the car or on walks.
A typical day
If the both owners and pets are comfortable, I love taking my clients on trips in the car and to visit dog parks. I love morning and evening walks when the weather is nice, as well plenty of snuggles and playtime! I also love when my my new furry friends sleep in the bed with me during the night! If the owners are comfortable with it, I love walking around Papago Park or taking short hikes (when it is not 1000 degrees outside of course).

Availability
I work from home on Wednesdays and Thursdays (and sometimes Fridays), so it is easy for me to move my office space wherever and hang out with your pups all day! I am available on the weekends as well. I typically work from my office on Mondays, Tuesday, and Fridays. I am available for overnight housesitting any day of the week!
