I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, as well as a few exotics. I have been a dog sitter in Dallas and Fort Collins, CO. I worked at Pet City for a year and a half so I am familiar with grooming, general care, and medicine administration. I am a practice manager at a veterinary clinic in Richardson and was a technician for 5 years. I own two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels but have owned several dogs and cats in the past. I have watched up to 4 dogs at a time and would love to meet your furry companions! I am able to perform subcutaneous injections, fluid administration, and oral medication administration. Katie was perfect for Nick!
Katie kept our dog, Grey, for a week while we were on vacation. Grey was the happiest little guy when we picked him up. There's no doubt that he was treated like one of the family and received endless hug and cuddles. Communication was always quick and easy. Katie is now our go-to for all of our dog sitting needs!
Katie is so kind and loving with my littles. She takes great care of them and is a wonderful vet tech such that she can give meds and keep an eye out for common pet problems! She is a wonderful choice for your furry friends while your away.

A typical day
I love finding quiet neighborhoods and peaceful trails to walk on. I recently moved to Plano near a nice walking trail in a pet friendly neighborhood. I love playing fetch and cuddling pets to make them feel loved and cared for while their owners are away because I know this can be stressful to some!

Availability
I work Monday through Friday with flexible daytime hours so I am typically free to run home for potty breaks and walks when needed! I am occasionally able to bring pets to my clinic with me when needed as well if I have to work a longer shift.
