I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life. They are all very well loved and taken care of. I’ve always had a good relationship with the neighborhood dogs.

Katie cared for out terrier-mix overnight. Her report was that he was looking for us for an hour post our leaving But then Kate's children started playing with Teddy and his mind switched to having fun. I like that there was a lot of human to dog interaction. Katie sent some photos of Teddy. She did a good job of caring for Teddy.
Left my two cats Alice and Elliott in their care last minute over a course of 4 days. I originally scheduled for two and Katie and her husband were extremely flexible and accommodating despite many last minutes schedule changes, including taking the cats for another night last minute twice. The cats were hand delivered along with their things at pick up. They both came back happy and healthy. I couldn’t of been happier with their care. This was all while they had a family emergency on their end and they still took great care of mine.
Katie was so helpful when we needed a last minute sitter for our dogs. She was communicative and kind throughout the process. She sent pictures throughout their stay so we were never worried about how they were doing. Would definitely recommend her!
Katie is the most responsible, nurturing, loving person. She always makes her children and pets needs a priority, and none of them ever go without anything they could possibly need. She has also dog sat for me as well, and went above and beyond to makes sure my dog was safe, comfortable and well snuggled. You will not regret picking Katie to be your pals companion, she's the best!

Our yard is fully fenced. We have space for a crate if needed but my pets have run off the house so dogs on couches and beds are welcomed. We do have two dogs and three cats. The dogs are friendly and the cats will generally leave everyone alone.

Ideally the dogs are already leash trained. My own dog is still a puller, until she’s a little tired, so I’m used to that. No choke collars please. Prefer halters.
A typical day
I love letting dogs smell all the new sights on their walks. If it’s safe, I enjoy taking a new walk every day or at least mixing it up.

Availability
I do work a full time job, but it is regular hours, so overnight shifts are very possible. I would also love to walk dogs early in the morning before work!
