Nursing student off for summer
Pet care experience
I am a responsible 29 year old female with two adorable golden retrievers. Im in nursing school but am off for the summer and am an animal lover to the extreme. My motto is "a house is not a home without a dog". My husband works from home but with two big dogs already, it’s a bit much for us to do in home boarding (could potentially make an exception for a small, house broken dog). Ideally, me house sitting or doing drop ins would be perfect.

Katie and Jared are awesome hosts!! They are clearly animal people who will love your animal like their own, and even help train them a bit if you’re into that! I would recommend them to anyone.
Katie is always great with Bailey and very easy to work with! I definitely trust her and will keep her as my number one sitter!
Our dog enjoyed his stay with Katie and Nala again!
Katie was so awesome with Shyla while we were away for our wedding weekend! We didn't worry about her at all and she sent us plenty of updates. We were pretty sure Shyla didn't even want to come home after Katie took her to the dog park, on walks, and to a doggie pool party! We will definitely call Katie again in the future- she's awesome!

If at my house, I do have a fenced in yard. If at yours, I feel comfortable playing with as many dogs as you may have (in a fenced in yard) or walking up to 2 large (leash trained) dogs. I’m used to my retrievers who are about 125lbs put together.

Please inform me of any resource guarding behavior/ temperament issues. Additionally, any specific bathroom habits or medical needs are must knows. Also, if house sitting, would you feel comfortable with a friend accompanying me? (I’m willing to give info for background check and would only invite a friend who also loves animals and would also be willing to do a background check)
A typical day
While out of school, I occasionally shadow in the hospital but am mostly free during the days and evenings if house sitting is the situation.
