Hello! My name is Katie, I’ve had many years of experience taking care of man (and woman’s) best friend. I had a shitzu, terrier, and sheltie growing up. I’ve taken care of my friends’ dog, an American pit bull, while they’ve been on vacations and I take care of my sisters dog who is still a little puppy. I’ve gone through 2 dog training programs throughout my experience. I would love a dog of my own but I work full time, so I figure the next best thing would be to take care of other dogs while my time and care are available. I’m free on weeknights and weekends. I’m flexible about times for day care and sleepovers. So who’s ready to go for a walk?

Katie is amazing with animals. She is a true dog-lover. After caring for dogs as pets all her life, she is truly a natural with them. I have asked Katie to dog sit for my puppy several times and I couldn’t pick a better person for my puppy to spend time with. She cares for him as if he was her own.

A typical day
There are beautiful forest preserves right near my apartment and downtown Naperville is just a hop, skip and a jump away. I can play fetch with your dog at my apartment’s dog run. Let’s just say he/she will get plenty of exercise!
