I currently have a young goldendoodle, and I had a sweet and energetic miniature schnauzer mix growing up. My boyfriend (whom I live with) grew up with two dogs as well. We are both comfortable with all kinds of dogs with any type of personality! And we'll make sure your dog gets the attention he/she needs.

Katie sent pictures daily and took Reed to the park. She seemed attentive and aware of dog body language, being proactive to ensure that when Reed and Bamboo met everything went well!
This is the first time I used Rover-my sitter cancelled 2 days before our trip! I was in a panic. Katie L. (And her boyfriend) saved my life and vacation! Buster had never been left with anyone he didn’t know. Literally the day before my departure I met up with Katie and she agreed to sit Buster. “Mom” was very worried about leaving Buster. Katie and her BF went above & beyond with their care and concern for Buster (and me!). They were so kind and generous with their time and home. Katie sent photos and videos everyday and daily text kept me at ease-Katie and her BF are wonderful! They really saved our vacation!
Katie was awesome! She was very responsive, communicative, and thorough in asking us questions about our dogs personality and general behavior before her stay. Our trip was 8 days and we were initially nervous about leaving our dog so long with a sitter, but she got along super well with their cute pup, which we were very happy about. Our dog seemed happy and cared for, and she even got to go on some fun adventures with Katie, which I loved. Overall, I would definitely rebook with Katie and 100% recommend!

My boyfriend and I have a large house with a small fenced in patio for your pup to run around freely! We also live close to Buffalo Bayou Park for fun, long walks! We both work from home as well so your pup will get plenty of attention.

A typical day
We can go on walks around the neighborhood or a longer walk to the park. There's also plenty of room to play fetch in the house. If your dog likes to be mentally stimulated, we can work on commands too. I’m sure my dog will love to play all day. At the end of the night, we'll snuggle up on the couch :)
