This was our first experience with Rover. Katie was excellent!!! She was beyond outstanding, wonderful with our older dog, Hunter. She was on time, gave us great updates, and photos so we were always in touch and knew Hunter was well cared for, so much so, it apppeared Hunter hardly missed us!!. Leaving an older dog due to age issues for the first time was hard, but the care that Katie gave Hunter, coupled with the updates put our worries and hesitation totally to rest. We can't say enough good things about Katie and sincerley appreciated her warm personality, professoinalism, timeliness, and attentive care of our beloved Hunter!! With many thanks, we give Katie 5 plus stars!!

I wish I could give Katie ten stars! This was my first experience using Rover and I am elated with how well it worked for our family and my daughter’s dog. Katie is the absolute best.
