Pup loving family

Pet care experience

I am a stay at home, Mom, and spend most of my hours home with my dog and yours. Our three children love to play and cuddle pups of all sizes. I have years of experience with puppies through senior dogs of my own. The past 4 years I made weekday visit to a pair of senior dogs and multiple daily visits when their family traveled. Those sweet pups have passed on and I miss them.

This family is the best! My 2 dogs had a wonderful time and looked very comfortable, happy, and loved. I would highly recommend!

Katie was fantastic! She has a genuine dog-loving family, and my two dogs seemed to get along very well their own! I couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Information Katie L. would like to know about your pet

Our aim is to make sure that your sweet dog is as comfortable and at home as possible during their stay with us. We do appreciate if they are crate trained but it is not necessary. It can be a comfort to them to have a familiar place in a new home. Sending along a blanket or piece of clothing. That smells like you is a great way to make them comfortable, as well. If you were planning a longer trip, we have found that a one night “trial run” has been helpful for some families. Their dogs come and stay the night and we report back on how things went. Again, this is not necessary, but could put your mind at ease if it is a pup’s first time away from home.

A typical day

We will start the day off with a walk around the block and check out all the exciting new smells. Then we come back home and your pup will be a part of our day. Dogs usually love to look out our giant front windows at what we call puppy TV: life passing by on the street. Later on, we can go out for another walk in the afternoon or in the yard. We are very flexible to the needs of our guests.
